By using Clouds of Europe, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Platform Purpose

Clouds of Europe is a community platform for European digital sovereignty and cloud independence practitioners.

Your Account

• Eligibility: You must be 16+ years old
• Accuracy: Provide truthful registration information
• Security: Keep your login credentials secure
• One Account: Maintain only one account per person

Acceptable Use

• Follow our Code of Conduct at all times
• Respect intellectual property rights
• No harmful content: spam, malware, illegal material, harassment
• Stay on topic: Focus on cloud independence and European digital sovereignty

Content Rights

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post
• Platform License: You grant us rights to display and distribute your content within our platform
• Respect Others: Only post content you have rights to share
• Community Value: Content should benefit the cloud independence community

Platform Changes

• Service Updates: We may modify features with reasonable notice
• Pricing: Current services are free; future paid features will be clearly communicated
• Termination: We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

Limitation of Liability

• Service Provided "As Is": No warranties on uptime or availability
• No Liability: For indirect damages or business losses
• Community Content: We don't endorse user-generated content
• Technical Advice: Community advice is informational, not professional consulting

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law and EU regulations. Disputes resolved in Amsterdam courts.
