• User Notification: Affected users informed if high risk to rights
• Documentation: All incidents logged and analyzed

Children's Privacy

• Age Limit: Minimum age 16 (higher in some EU countries)
• Parental Consent: Required for users under 16
• Special Protection: Enhanced privacy for younger users
